Subscription Packages & Service Terms

Fabric of Culture LLC offers subscription-based service packages designed to provide ongoing support and consulting services. By purchasing a subscription package, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Billing & Payment

  • Subscription packages are billed upfront on a monthly basis.

  • Payments are processed automatically each month through the payment method on file.

  • Any applicable payment processing fees are the responsibility of the Client and may be reflected on the invoice.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

2. Service Allocation & Usage

  • Clients are responsible for assigning administrative tasks, consultation sessions, or other service-related activities that total the number of hours in their selected package.

  • Service hours must be used within the billing month and do not carry over to subsequent months unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Fabric of Culture LLC tracks task usage throughout the month and will notify Clients when they reach 80% of their allocated hours (e.g., 16 hours for the Patterns Package).

  • Any additional hours required beyond the package limit may be available at the standard hourly consulting rate, subject to availability.

3. Package Details & Commitment Terms

Needle Package – $255/month

  • 5 consultation hours per month

  • Assistance with formation questions, program development inquiries, HR and personnel advice

  • Primarily email communications

  • Program evaluation tips

  • Minimum 3-month commitment

Thread Package – $450/month

  • 10 consultation hours per month

  • Scheduled bi-weekly virtual strategy calls (30 minutes)

  • On-demand consultations via phone or email

  • Access to tools and resources

  • Access to monthly professional development/capacity-building webinars

Pattern Package – $950/month

  • 20 consultation and/or administrative assistance hours per month

  • Scheduled virtual weekly strategy sessions

  • Dedicated consultant or administrative assistant

  • Dedicated individualized consulting and capacity building with Executive Director & Board

  • Advanced tailored tools and resources, including administrative assistance, annual strategic planning, and program implementation strategies

  • 30% discount on enrollment in Masterminds Assembly for Professionals (MAPs)

4. Modifications & Cancellation

  • Subscription terms may be modified at the discretion of Fabric of Culture LLC, with written notice provided to active Clients.

  • Clients may request upgrades or downgrades to their subscription level with a minimum of 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations require a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle. Clients are responsible for any remaining fees due during the notice period.

By subscribing to a package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or require adjustments to meet specific needs, please reach out to us at support@fabricculturellc.com.

You acknowledge and agree that, by providing us with your name and email address on the entry page of this website, you have subscribed to an e-mail newsletter. This e-mail newsletter is offered as a free service by Fabric of Culture LLC, without cost or obligation. Technology and Confidentiality

Fabric of Culture LLC uses secure, encrypted tools to manage and transmit sensitive client information, including Google Shared Drive for file sharing and collaboration. Access to these tools is managed through permission-based controls.

If the Client requires the use of a password-protected client portal, document vault, or other specific platforms outside of Fabric of Culture LLC’s standard systems, whether for grant requirement of client preference, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide access and cover any associated costs. Fabric of Culture LLC will not purchase or maintain additional third-party platforms unless pre-approved in writing and reimbursed by the Client. Fabric of Culture LLC maintains strict confidentiality and will not disclose, share, or sell client data to any third party.

Indemnification by User

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our affiliates, business partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by any third party relating in any way to your use of this website or breach of these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.

Third-Party Websites, Content and Products and Services
